Here’s how the Venice Beach BID has been working to serve our district in June 2019.

VENICE BEACH BID IN THE COMMUNITY

We’re Staffed Up for Summer!

Summer brings more demand for all BID services. Calls to dispatch as well as on-site service requests are on the increase. The Venice Beach BID Clean Team and Safe Team actively work to prioritize requests based on urgency and severity, but we aim to provide excellent and timely service to all. If you are ever dissatisfied or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at: admin@venicebeachbid.com so we may address your concerns.

These are our summer hours:

Our Clean Team works 7 days a week.
Normal summer hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a small closing crew from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Issues called in after 4:00 p.m. may not be able to be resolved until the following day.

The Safe Team operates 7 days a week.
Normal summer hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

*Includes noise complaints, misuse of bikes and scooters on public walkways, and public drinking/smoking/urination/defecation.
Clean Team data is provided by Chrysalis. Safe Team data is provided by Allied Universal. Activities are reported daily by Clean and Safe Team members, who are employees of Chrysalis and Allied Universal, respectively. Chrysalis and Allied managers compile these reports into a monthly summary. The VB BID relies on our vendors’ decades of BID expertise for the statistics we provide.
